A range of delivery options are available when you buy direct from our website. Lead times vary according to your needs and selected delivery option. See our delivery options and prices shown when you checkout.

 

We deliver within the United Kingdom but do not normally deliver on Sundays or Bank Holidays. Overseas deliveries can be made but carry special delivery costs shown at checkout or additionally paid locally as a customs charge or tax charge which could include additional administration charges. Time frames shown are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery can be made to the majority of UK addresses excluding PO boxes. The following areas are subject to extended lead times:

Delivery for any order combination of the products ranges from 1 to 5 working days in the UK, which will be confirmed at checkout, depending on which delivery service is selected and the location of the destination. Overseas deliveries will take longer between 4 and 15 days and may face delays outside our control and may be subjected to an additional customs charge or tax charge which could include additional administration charges paid locally.

 

Delivery Arrangements

 

Some deliveries will require a signature to confirm receipt (we strongly advise you to inspect all items carefully before signing). For security reasons the precise timing of a delivery cannot be specified.

 

Once delivered, the items ordered will become your property (provided they have been paid for in full) and your responsibility and, apart from where damaged or faulty when delivered or have been incorrectly delivered, we will not accept any liability for their loss, damage or destruction after they have been delivered. Care should be taken when opening any parcel or box as sharp instruments may penetrate the parcel or box and damage the items inside.

 

Please make sure that you check your items carefully before you use them. We recommend that you keep your receipt or order number, which can be found on your order confirmation email or on the order invoice that comes with your delivery, because you will need it as proof of purchase in the event of any after-sales enquiry.
