Subscriptions and Loyalty Points

Subscriptions:

Some products can be purchased on a regular basis through a subscription service at a discounted price.  Sometimes more than a single frequency will be offered for example either one month or two-month frequency.  A different discount may be applied to these different frequencies.  Each customer has the opportunity to sign up for the most suitable subscription and discount to suit their own needs.
The benefit of signing up to a subscription plan is to gain a discount on items that are ordered regularly and to ensure that the customer does not forget to place their replacement order.
When a product has a subscription plan available the customer will see this on the individual product page; to see all subscription options and discounts click the Subscribe button and then make a selection on frequency.  Customers will receive a Welcome Email which will include a range of information about the subscription.  You will be able to manage your subscriptions through the website and see your information including the renewal date.  In line with the frequency and renewal date an order will be generated, and your payment method will be charged.  The order will then be despatched.  If you cancel the subscription within a 10 day period prior to the renewal date your payment method will be charged and the order will be despatched but the next renewal will be cancelled.

Loyalty Points:
Wheelie Klips® offers customers, who have registered with an account, the opportunity to collect Loyalty Points with every order they place.
Registered customers will earn and then be able to spend their loyalty points. For every £1.00 spent on your order will get 1 loyalty point, each point is worth £0.10.  The costs of post and packing is not included.
How many points should you have before you can redeem them?
Registered customers need 110 loyalty points before they can use them against an order. This can be against any future order as the points never expire. Each registered customer will be told on checkout the amount of points the order is worth, but they are actually allocated to the customer once the order is set as 'complete'.
