Handmade from premium, pressure treated FSC® certified timber to resist rot for up to 20 years with proper care. (Please note product will need to be assembled, full instructions will be provided) 

There is a delivery surcharge for customers in Northern Ireland postcode BT,some areas of Scotland and the Isle of Wight. Postcodes AB, DD, (IV1-40, 52-54, 57) KW1-14, PH1-14, PO30-41

Areas we cannot deliver to are postcodes GY,HS,IV41-51,IV55-56,IM,JE,KA27-28,KW15-17,PA20+,PH15+,ZE

Most pallets are delivered by large vehicles, often 18-tonne lorries, so please ensure there is adequate access. Pallets are offloaded by tail lift and then manoeuvred by manual pump truck, this requires a firm flat surface, they cannot navigate across grass, gravel, steps or slopes. Delivery is a ‘kerb side’ service, so goods may be left ‘kerb side’ outside the property if there is safe space to leave them, if no one is available to accept them. If the courier is unable to deliver on the date booked due to insufficient access, or lack of a safe place to leave the pallet should there be no one available to sign, they will return the order to the depot. We do not offer a white glove or delivery to room service.

Standard pallet delivery is within 5-10 working days.
